Volunteers

To run our junior section successfully we rely heavily on the good-will of several members of our club.

We are grateful for their time and input and hope that they can help our young golfers develop and prosper.

Our Junior Section Volunteers are:
Fraser Mearns (Junior Convenor & Community Golf Instructor)

David Shanks (Lead Volunteer Coach) Mitch Good (Parent & Volunteer Coach)

Mike Ewen (Volunteer Coach)

James Tawse (Parent & Volunteer Coach)

All of the above hold PVGs for work with young people through Disclosure Scotland and have completed their Child Wellbeing & Protection in Sport training through Sport Scotland.

As our section expands, we are always on the lookout for support from parents and club members.

Prior knowledge of golf is not necessary but training can be arranged through Scottish Golf.
